This is a sweet sauce that hits your with a BANG! just at the right time.
I’ve first tried it on some fried wings, but also ventured into buffalo ribs,
and buffalo flavored beef jerky.

• 1/3 cup of hot sauce (I used my homemade hot sauce)
• 1/3 cup of ketchup
• 1/8 cup of bourbon
• 1/4 cup of butter (1/2 stick)
• 2 tbs of brown sugar
• 2 tbs of honey
